Your AAP is live!

If you have an active All Access Pass it's now LIVE on the new platform. You will see that your pass is in trial mode until it is renewed. If you haven’t signed in to this new site yet you will need to create a password. Click SIGN IN via the link on the top menu, then click forgot password and enter the email address you used to access the old site and follow the instructions.

We have had a few questions along the lines of "I can't seem to see my AAP on the new site - what place is it in?" Your AAP isn't in any "place". You will be able to access all content without registering for each individual course (which was the feature you really didn't like on the old site). Go to a course page or go to the "Me" link on the top menu to get to a course. Then click into the course sections to play the webinar etc. Your AAP gives you open access to everything.

If your pass has been brought over from the old site it is in trial mode and comes with "trial days" that match the renewal date of your old pass. Your subscription will come off trial when a renewal payment goes through when it is due.

Please check that your renewal date is accurate. Remember your payment details are not on this site so when it comes time to renew you will need to add those in.

You can log in and stream any course, either from the course page itself or from your new account page. You will have access to ALL content and you don't need to Register for a course unless it is categorised as "free". This means that your "Me" page will have ALL courses on it.

You can filter content using the categories dropdown menu, or start typing the course name in the search bar. You may notice that all courses you have started will appear at the top of the courses list.  You can also add a bookmark to your browser for the few courses that you want to focus on for easy access.

If your pass has been brought over from the old site it will not show any of your past completed courses as being completed. You can easily show a course as being "complete" by clicking into each Course section for a couple of seconds so that you get a "tick" beside that section. Once there is a "tick" beside them all it will show a %complete.

If you have a pass and haven't signed in yet you will need to create a password. Click SIGN IN via the link on the top menu, then click forgot password and enter the email address you used to access the old site and follow the instructions.

Your subscription on our old site will be put on hold shortly so that it won't renew. This means you will no longer be able to register for a course on the old site. You will however, still have access to your old account until the end of the year. Please make sure you obtain any notes, invoices and certificates etc that you need from the old site by the end of the year.

Features on the new platform include:
  • Access to courses with no expiry dates for as long as you have a subscription.
  • The ability to increase the speed of playback.
  • A community area and a place to access support from within the site.
  • Apps coming at the end of the year which will allow you leave on one device and pick up where you left off on another.
