If you purchase a course (not as part of a subscription) you have a 30-day period within which you can request a refund if you are not satisfied.

To request a refund, simply email us within 30 days after the purchase of a course. For LIVE courses we will accept refund requests within 7 days of the completion of the live event OR 30 days after purchase (whichever you prefer).

  • In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
  • We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
