Frameworks are ways to simplify concepts and processes. For example, the well-known 4R gastrointestinal repair process developed by Jeff Bland is a framework. a potentially complicated set of protocols is simplified to a 4-part process that is easy to remember and also to explain to patients. There are many other frameworks and you're likely already using some.
In this course we will explore the ways health frameworks allow you to simplify your clinic care, patient compliance and also your business strategy.
Dr Sam Shay will lead you through the reasons to set up a framework. These will help you free up time and at the same time, help you to share your knowledge and experience. A framework is a very useful tool to help you take your knowledge and use it to write a book, teach a course, leave a legacy and ultimately grow your business.
A framework will give you a focus so you do not have to repeat yourself to your clients, nor do you have to overwhelm clients with information. By streamlining your message you will be able to scale and distribute your knowledge. In addition, the structure will enable you to protect and monetise your product. Dr Shay will also step you through the challenges of not having a framework.
The course takes a deep dive into a number of successful frameworks across the health and business domains and identifies 6 types of frameworks:
- Numbers
- Alliteration
- Colours
- Clustering
- Acronyms
- Geometry
He then discusses how to make a framework, identify your ideal client and then you need to produce content that is tailored to your ideal client. This involves finding the patterns in your content to framework and then make an educational product from this framework that you can market and distribute.
